The quality of staff, the view from the room, the conscious approach to preserve the past ( heritage) and the excellent location.

Extremely friendly, best staff towards all guests. Well furnished room and a big bathroom.

The location was absolutely perfect and good - a few steps away from everywhere we wanted to go. It was a shopping area, an incredible base for us. The restaurant was good for an extra meal at the restaurant, we tried excellent dishes. The view out of our ocean facing room from the window was magnificent.

The Georgian Hotel's beautiful decor and elegant ambiance were captivating. The easy access from the street and the spacious layout made it comfortable for me as a senior, allowing effortless navigation around the hotel.

More comfortable seating options in common areas.

The location was unbeatable, allowing easy access to the beach and great restaurants. I loved the charming retro art deco style throughout the hotel. The dining options were a letdown during lunch. There wasn't much to choose from outside of breakfast. I enjoyed my stay and appreciated the helpful staff.

Gracious and well-situated.

The front desk staff we encountered were excellent! I only wish I remembered the ladies names. Location was great, easy walk to thrid street for shopping and restaurants and easy to the beach.

Would have liked a kettle, tea bags and milk in room for english travellers as only a coffee machine was provided.

Location was perfect for beach, resteraunts and shopping. 3rd avenue close by and santa monica a short stroll. Easy to get to LA tourist spots. Was ideal for those travellers flying into LA and then starting a Road Trip along the Pacific highway.

Any Room not on the front are either overlooking a brick wall or a noisy air-conditioning plant. We were originally on the 6th floor but asked to be moved higher, even on the 7th floor the air coniditioning unit on the building opposite was loud. Be carefull about what is included in booking, in our case it was nothing and breakfast was over $60. Car Parking was also expensive - $25 ish a night.
